Detoxmina Terms and Conditions

1. Service provider

Detoxmina is the Service's trade name. The Service provider is:

2. Beta, age, and account

Detoxmina is in beta and access may be enabled on request. Availability may vary by device, operating system, app version, granted permissions, and beta capacity.

The beta may contain errors, interruptions, feature changes, or withdrawn access. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or take part in social challenges. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

3. Licence and content

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the store where you download the app.

You retain rights in the content you provide. You authorize us to host, reproduce, and display it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service's social features and while you keep that content available.

Detoxmina, its design, text, software, trademarks, and other content are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Acceptable use and user content

When using the Service, including profiles, titles, descriptions, challenges, messages, and taunts, you must follow these community rules:

We may remove content or limit accounts that breach these rules. You can report abusive content or conduct to hola@detoxmina.com.

• Harass, threaten, humiliate, discriminate against, impersonate others, or submit illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
• Manipulate challenge metrics, permissions, results, or rankings, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or servers.
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code, or use the Service for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

5. Challenges, results, and wellbeing

Challenges can be personal or social and have their own rules, dates, and metrics. Results, rankings, and progress may be provisional while available device and Service data is updated.

System permissions, connectivity, data availability, and synchronization errors may limit a challenge or its result. Detoxmina does not guarantee that device metrics are uninterrupted, accurate, or available at all times.

Step challenges require the relevant Apple Health or Health Connect permissions. Detoxmina and its Science content are general and educational: they do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Only take part in challenges suitable for your personal situation.

6. Symbolic bets

Social-challenge bets are voluntary, symbolic agreements between participants. Detoxmina is not party to those agreements and does not receive, hold, process, guarantee, arbitrate, or enforce money, debts, or payments between users.

You may not use the Service to organize real-money bets or activities subject to gambling regulation.

7. Privacy and waitlist

Personal-data processing is governed by the Detoxmina Privacy Policy. Some features require system permissions, such as notifications, Screen Time, HealthKit, or Health Connect; you can revoke them in your device settings.

When you request beta access, you provide the requested data so that we can manage your request and communicate its status. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a spot, or an availability date. You must accept these terms and the Privacy Policy to send the request.

8. Suspension and external platforms

We may limit, suspend, or close access when there is a breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal obligation, or a need to protect other users or the Service.

The app may be distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play and depend on third-party services, permissions, or policies. Your use may also be subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies.

If you download the app through Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Detoxmina, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer or user under applicable law.

10. Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or Service changes. We will publish the current version with its update date and, where appropriate, communicate significant changes through reasonable means.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your habitual country of residence.
